Deposit Terms: Deposits are credited instantly or within a few minutes. If the amount does not appear within the expected time, contact the support team with your transaction reference.
Withdrawal Terms: Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal. Winnings are typically sent to your registered mobile banking number within 30 minutes to 2 hours. The number used for withdrawal must match the number used for deposit.
- 9060 reserves the right to suspend any transaction pending investigation if fraud is suspected.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts or to any number other than the registered one are not permitted.
- 9060 is not liable for delays caused by banking system processing times.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
9060 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Use of a false identity or forged documents.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or holding multiple accounts.
- When unusual activity is detected on a deposit or withdrawal that requires investigation.
- Upon a self-exclusion request — the account will be locked for a specified period.
If your account is closed, email our support team to request a refund of your verified balance.
9060 accepts no liability for the following:
- Any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device-related issues.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways or mobile banking services.
- Temporary service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or unforeseen technical failures.
- Account-related losses resulting from the user's own negligence or disclosure of credentials.
